MathSciNet — a comprehensive database of mathematical literature since 1940 maintanted by the AMS. It provides both bibliographic information and reviews. (62 is the two-digit Mathematics Subject Classification for Statistics.) (NDSU Only)

JSTOR — provides access to eleven Mathematics journals. See the JSTOR Statistics information sheet for a title list and more information. (NDSU Only)

Current Contents indexes thousands of journals in all disciplines. It is updated weekly, so it is the best place to look for the most current information. Coverage at NDSU includes 1996 through present. You would be wise to check it when you begin to wrap up your thesis or dissertation. When searching this database, remember that it indexes journals in all disciplines, which may effect your search results. (NDSU Only)

Jahrbuch Project — based on the Jahrbuch über die Fortschritte der Mathematik. The project aims to create an online digital library for classical mathematics spanning the years 1868-1942.

Zentralblatt Math — contains citations from 2300 journals. Covers pure and applied mathematics and many related areas of study.

Data Sets

North Dakota State Data Center — Provides demographic and economic information about the State of North Dakota.
Statistical Reference Datasheets — The National Institue of Standards and Technology provides these reference datasets with certified computational results in order to assure the accuracy of statistics computations.

Preprint Archives

arXiv.org — The Mathematics category from Arxiv (formerly associated with the Los Alamos National Laboratory), which contains links to e- and pre-prints dating back to 1991. (UC Davis has an alternate search interface.)

Mathematics Preprint Server — A preprint server hosted by Elsevier. Contains preprints in pure and applied mathematics, and statistics and probability.

MPRESS (The Mathematics Preprint Search System) — an index to preprints hosted elsewhere.
