Circulation Policies
All students, faculty and staff with valid NDSU or Tri-College I.D. cards may borrow materials from the Pharmacy/Nursing Library. Other persons may apply for a special permit at the Circulation Desk in the Main Library.

Books
  • Four weeks for undergraduate students.
  • Extended loan period for faculty, staff, and graduate students.
  • Books may be renewed once.
  • All books are subject to recall after two weeks.
Periodicals
  • Five days for faculty and graduate students only.
  • No renewals.
  • Undergraduates may not borrow (a photocopier and a microfiche reader/printer are available).
Reference
  • In-library usage only.
Reserves
  • In-library usage only.
Videos
  • Seven day circulation.
