• USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map Shows the lowest temperatures that can be expected each year in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The map shows 10 different zones, each of which represents an area of winter hardiness; also includes zone 11 to represent areas that have average annual minimum temperatures above 40 F and therefore essentially frost free. Mounted on the US National Arboretum site.

Weather and Climate information.

• North Dakota NDAWN system. Weather conditions collected from 66 stations distributed across North Dakota, the Red River Valley, and border regions of surrounding states. Hourly, daily, weekly, monthy, yearly data for maximum and minimum air temperature, wind speed, soil temperature, rain, dew point, wind chill, and more.
