Agricultural Law on the Internet Extensive links provided by the National Center for Agricultural Law located at the University of Arkansas. Includes major statutes, regulations, case law, reference resources, congressional/federal resources, and publications for a wide array of agricultural law topics. Federal Rules and regulations in effect are available in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR): Ref KF70.A3. CFR is updated by the daily Federal Register which details new and proposed rules and regulations(Ref KF70.A2). Both are also electronically available on the web from the GPO Access site

Federal laws in effect are arranged by subject (i.e. codified) in the U.S. Code (Ref KF62). The U.S. Code is also electronically available from the in the GPO Access site Bills submitted to congress, and laws recently passed are easily accessible from Thomas, a searchable congressional database provided by the Library of Congress.

North Dakota laws in effect are available in the North Dakota Century Code: Ref KFN8630 .A2 1959, Laws passed for each session are available in the North Dakota Session Laws series: REFERENCE KFN 8625. North Dakota regulations are available from the North Dakota Administrative Code: REFERENCE KFN8635 1978 .A25. The Century Codes, Bills of the 2003 legislative session, Regulations, and Rules are also available electronically in a searchable database from the N.D. State web site. The Century Code is also available electronically on PC's located in the Reference Department of the Main Library: look for the Premise or N.D. Code software, in the "Various Other CD's" icon.

Livestock and Equine Law: Easily navigatable site with links to state laws from all 50 states regarding livestock and horses. Site maintained by University of Texas Law School in conjunction with American Association for Horsemanship Safety (AAHS)

NDSU Applied Agricultural Law 375 notes : Selected North Dakota and Federal Law Materials including brief discriptions and explanations; also includes comprehensive list of links to freely accessable online legal resources.
