While there are a limited amount of gray literature databases online in the social sciences and humanities (they are listed in section four), a better tactic for locating gray literature in these disciplines is by identifying organizations and universities that might be sponsoring research in your areas of interest.
While this practice can certainly be used in business fields as well, subscription databases that focus on business (and specific aspects of business like agri-business), marketing, economics, and monetary policy usually offer access to research reports.
