Memories of North Dakota Homemakers Records, 1985-1990.

This project was undertaken by the North Dakota Extension Homemakers Council, following the example of the national project, Voices of American Homemakers. DIrected by Arlene Sogness, the project conducted oral histories with women in almost every North Dakota county. The topics being the changing role of North Dakota homemakers.

This collection preserves the original interview tapes, transcriptions, drafts of the three resulting books, and administrative files.
