The
club was founded in 1954 with members from Cavalier, Nelson and Walsh
counties. The club members were involved in a wide variety of garden
and plant projects. Its major endeavor was the Pioneer Memorial garden
located adjacent to the Homme Dam in Walsh County, N.D. The records
include extensive scrapbooks, it's various projects, and financial records.
