Military
The Institute has collected
and preserved a number of collections of individuals and organizations related to
military topics. They range from Korean War propaganda leaflets to letters between
father and son during World War I, and the records of organizations
for veterans and women auxiliaries. The Institute
continues to collect and solicit papers and records of individuals and
organizations involved in the nation's wars.

at the bombing of Pearl Harbor and who served in the Korean War and helped
the army develop and perfect it pyschological warfare campaign.

life (1863-1867), service with Henry Hasting Sibley in North Dakota, the
121st United States Colored Troops, army experiences in the Southwest after
the war.

Snelling, Minnesota, Cordon Coon, during World War I, and letters from soldiers stationed in France,
