Raised in Fargo, N.D., Albert Hallenberg returned to Fargo in 1900 to practice dentistry after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. His scrapbook, compiled by his widow after his death in 1910 documents his professional career in dentistry, involvement in dental associations, NDSU athletics and even several patents he received. Interspersed in the scrapbook are photographs of Mr. and Mrs. Hallenberg, his dental offices and portraits of colleagues and other prominent Fargo residents.
