Jon G. Lindgren 
While
John Lindgren served as Fargo's mayor from 1978 to 1994 he was involved
in a number of controversial issues. The files he kept on these matters
are preserved in this mayoral records. The issues documented in these
records include the abortion and the Women's Health Organization, Gay
and Lesbian Awareness Week, and Leonard Peltier, and the Twelfth Avenue
North bridge.
