J. Lane Company (Fargo, N.D.) 
The W. J. Lane Company
was founded in 1902 at Fargo, N.D. and was a major local real
estate firm. It also did property management, loans and estates.
The name was changed in 1972 to Arneson Company when owned by
Harry Arneson, Sr. An affiliated business was Harry Arneson, Jr.
and Associates that dealt primarily with appraisals. The records
although incomplete, document the operations of a real estate
company.
