Oscar
H. Will was born in Pompey, New York and came to Bismarck, ND in 1881 as
a traveling agent for his brother's nursery business based in Fayetteville,
New York. Will worked with E. M. Fuller at a greenhouse and soon
leased the business and introduced a new line of seed.
