The Germans from Russia Heritage Collection (GRHC) is pleased to announce the addition of Favorite Recipes to the collection. Favorite Recipes was compiled by the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League of the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lehr, North Dakota in 1961. With permission from the organization, the GRHC has reprinted the cookbook and has made it available for sale.

German-Russian recipes such as, Ammonia Cookies, Dumplings, Kuchen (Various Recipes), Pepper Nuts, Pickled Headcheese, Russian Dill Pickles, Schlitz Kuechle, and Strudles (Various Recipes) are throughout the cookbook.
