Jennifer Wilkie
Videographer
Jennifer Wilkie graduated from Northern State University
in Aberdeen, South Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history
and music performance. From 2003 to 2005, she was the administrative
assistant for the Aberdeen Area Arts Council, a non-profit organization
dedicated to encouraging arts and humanities opportunities in Aberdeen
and the surrounding area. In the fall of 2005, Jen moved to Fargo
to attend North Dakota State University, where she is a graduate
student in the history department. Her research interests include
20th Century U.S. History, Great Plains/Regional History, and women’s
history. Jen has been working as a graduate assistant to the North
Dakota Institute for Regional Studies and as a research assistant
for Dr. Tom Isern. Jen joined the Dakota Memories Oral History Project
in May, 2006 and shares the German Russian heritage; her paternal
grandparents are from McPherson County in South Dakota. |
