NDSU Policy 326: Academic Misconduct

NDSU Policy 335: Code of Academic Responsibility and Conduct

If found guilty of academic misconduct (such as plagiarism), students are subject to penalties which may include the possibility of suspension or expulsion. NDSU Policy 335 "...serves as the guideline for cases in which cheating, plagiarism, or other academic misconduct have occurred in an instructional context."
