Biography
 

F. [Flossie] Caroline was born in 1911 in Sugarland, Texas. She received her Bachelor's from Texas State College for Women in 1935, her Master's from the University of Minnesota in 1940 and her doctorate from George Peabody College for Teachers in 1957. Prior to coming to NDAC, she was an Associate Professor of Home Economics at George Peabody College for Teachers. She resigned in December of 1970 and retired to Texas. In August of 1973, she married Dr. Seth Russell, former Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, NDAC. She died in 2002 in Liberty, Texas.

Scope and Content
 

The records consist of subject files in chronological order. The majority deal with plans and projections for growth and needs of the College from the mid-1960s – the mid-1970s.
