Biography
 

Virginia Clark Johnson received her Bachelor's (1969) and her Master's (1976) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University (1984). Prior to coming to NDSU, she held the positions of Head of Consumer Affairs and Home Economics (1987-1990), Acting Dean (1990-1991) and Dean of the College of Home Economics (1991-1993) at South Dakota State University. In addition to being the Dean of the College of Human Development and Education, she also serves as the Assistant Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station and the Associate Director of the North Dakota Extension Service.
