Note
The annual reports from the Main Station at Fargo were written by the Director of the NDAES and submitted to the Governor. The sub-station superintendents submitted the annual reports of the sub-station to the Director and the information was generally incorporated into the report that went to the Governor. The reports dealt with yearly activities.

Although incomplete sets, these early annual reports for the Main Station (1891-1955 – gaps), as well as Dickinson (1908-1913 – gaps), Edgely (1906-1913), Langdon (1909-1913 - gaps, 1990-1997), Williston (1908-1913 – gaps), and the Demonstration Farms (1907-1921) provide a view of the early work of the Main Station and the Sub-Stations.
