Establishment of North Dakota Agricultural College

 

The following law from the 1st session of the Legislative Assembly of the State of North Dakota (1890, Chapter 160, S.F. 140) established  the North Dakota Agricultural College and Agricultural Experiment Station at Fargo.

 

 

The following laws from the 2nd session of the Legislative Assembly of the State of North Dakota (1891, Chapter 5, S.B. 92, Chapter 6, S.B.1, Chapter 7, S.B. 146) amended sections of Chapter 160, S.F. 140; established the location of the college; and named it as the land grant North Dakota college acccording to the provisions of Congress.
