Library Offers Biology eJournal Collection

NDSU now has access to the JSTOR Ecology & Botany Collection.

JSTOR is a nonprofit digital-archiving organization that collects, scans, and offers eJournal equivalents for full runs of scholarly journals. The Ecology & Botany Collection contains 29 titles and approximately 1 million pages of journal literature in the biological sciences. The material included in this archive reaches back to the 19th century and covers approximately 1,500 journal years. It is the third JSTOR journal archive collection NDSU has purchased (others include the Arts & Sciences I Collection and the General Science Collection). Partial funding for purchasing the collection comes from a grant from the Development Foundation's Centennial Endowment Fund.

Access the Ecology & Botancy Collection from the JSTOR link on the Libraries home page. For more information call the Reference Desk (231-8886) or contact your subject librarian.
