The General Book
collection is on the second floor of the Library. Books are
arranged by the Library of Congress (LC) classification system.
All the call numbers start with a letter. The books are placed
on the shelves with the call numbers in alphabetic order.
The northeast corner is where the collection begins with the
letter A. The books continue south from there and continue
in a U-shaped arrangement all the way to the Z's on the west
side of the second floor.
